Annie Walker-Bright

Annie Walker-Bright (Director) is a Lifetime Member of Wheaton Drama.  Since performing See How They Run in 1974, she has worn many hats for WDI.  In 1992 she directed Ten Little Indians.  “Not a clue! but was determined to master the process, if ever one can!”  She has since directed eight other plays including See How They Run, Wait Until Dark, Arsenic & Old Lace and Don’t Dress for Dinner. Her favorite and most fun acting role of all time is Mrs. Clackett in Noises Off, yes, both times – 1999 and 2010.   Other performances include The Importance of Being Ernest, Rumors, California Suite and Lend Me A Tenor, to name a few.  “I dedicate this role to my three children, second generation Monty Python geeks, who have produced eight grandchildren fast becoming third generation Monty Python geeks – God help me!  Enjoy, have fun for laughter gives you wrinkles!”
